About the Education Warrior

         I am Amber West, an Education Warrior, fighting for the education and development of our young children. As an Education Warrior, I create a positive environment that builds an army of Mighty Thinkers. We challenge the norms and defeat any threat to our progress. I have decided to stand on the frontlines and lead our children to victory. My training began after I graduated high school in Jersey City, NJ as the valedictorian in 2010. I traveled to Washington, DC for basic training at “THE” Howard University. This is where I studied the science of Human Development and MASTERED my education in Early Childhood Education. I have been educating young children in my hometown as a “Highly Effective” teacher for the past 7 years.
